COVID19 Notice – Free Account Suspension & 90 Day Free Trial
The Australian government has recently announced that the nation will shutdown all non-essential activities to combat the spread of the Coronavirus.
Unfortunately, our industry is considered non-essential and thus sporting centers, associations, and leagues will be suspended as a result.
This is effective from midday, Monday 23 March and until further notice.
Existing Customers
Your subscription will automatically be placed on a free suspension during this shutdown. If you’re on a month-by-month subscription you will not be charged so there is no need to contact us. For customers on an annual subscription, the suspended period will be added to your account.
During this time, you will be able to continue to access the FiXi system and we encourage you to do so. We recommend spending some time cleaning your FiXi data and performing other housekeeping tasks.
Not Currently Using FiXi?
For a limited time only we’ve extended our free trial period to 90 days – No credit card required! If you’re looking at using our software this is a perfect time to start your free trial – we’re here to provide you with the necessary online training and to assist in the migration of any data.
