COVID19 Update – Free Suspension Period Ending

A few months back, to help the community in these difficult times, we provided a free suspension period.

We had a positive response from our customers who took this opportunity to cleanse data, explore new functionality and perform other housekeeping tasks.

With supportive Government financial stimulus packages now in place and increasing demands on the FiXi software, our 4-month free suspension period will be coming to an end on the 23rd of July 2020 except for those situated in Melbourne Metro & the Mitchell Shire. For these customers who are consequently still in lock down, the suspension period will continue until further notice.

Customers on a month to month plan will automatically be debited on their next billing date beginning on or after the 23rd of July. For customers on an annual subscription, 4 free months will be added on to their account.

We understand that even though competitions are up and running in most places, many challenges remain in the current environment. If you are facing financial hardship due to COVID19 please get in touch to discuss options.
